Hunting

Four Geese Outfitters offers both big and small game hunting, guided or solo. We offer baited, still, stalking and wild hunts for Black Bear and Moose. Small game hunting for Grouse, Rabbit, Ducks and Geese is also popular.

 

 

Plentiful game species include:

• Big Game – Moose, Black Bear and Caribou (Residents only)

• Small Game – Grouse, Rabbit, Ducks, and Canada Geese

Black Bear	1 Bear per Hunter
Caribou	1 Caribou for 1 Hunter (Residents Only)
Ruffed, Spruce Grouse	5 per Day per Hunter (Total limit of 15)
Rabbits	5 per Day per Hunter

Moose – Bow, Crossbow – last week of August to October 15
Gun – September 15 to October 15
Bear – May 15 to June 15 and September 15 to October 15
